Help Build Now What We Need to Win 2010
Arizona will likely pick up electoral votes and new Congressional districts after the 2011 census. Do you trust the extreme right wing of Arizona to draw the redistricting lines?
You can ensure that redistricting in Arizona is fair and correct by electing Democrats in 2010. Now, more than ever, we need to turn Arizona blue.
During Barack Obama's run for presidencey, his Campaign Manager David Plouffe frequently referred to the Obama campaign's grassroots ground operations as "the field goal unit" because in a close election, having the best ground game means winning the election.
Thanks to volunteers in your neighborhood, we are organizing communities in every corner of Maricopa County, but we need to do more. We need to ramp up these efforts in October and November in order to build the necessary foundation to win in 2010, and we can't do it without your help.

Meet a Supervolunteer

Katie Hobbs, Supervolunteer Extraordinaire
Katie has knocked on over 700 doors to distribute information and answer questions about Phoenix City Council candidate Dana Kennedy.
Katie says simply that she believes it is important to educate voters about the Phoenix City Council, to tell voters why it is important for Democrats to win a seat on the Phoenix City Council on Election Day 2009 (September 1).
Katie has given up weekend after weekend to volunteer. She says she was inspired by Dana Kennedy,
"Dana has inspired many others to get involved in the political process, including me, so why wouldn't I jump at the chance to help her win this race? She is the right candidate at the right time, exactly the kind of person that is needed to bring less divisiveness to the Phoenix City Council, and take them in a new direction. I'm happy to tell voters that they have a choice in this election."
