Wayne Manske was born in Indiana, and moved to Mesa, in 1973. Wayne is proud to have lived in the current Mesa Legislative District 18 for most of his life.
With Wayne’s strong roots to the Valley of the Sun and Southern Arizona, comes a strong value of education. He is a graduate of Mesa’s Westwood High School where he attained an extensive knowledge in botany and horticultural science. Todd Selleck, LD 18 First Vice Chair
Todd Selleck is a native of Arizona and a graduate of Mesa’s Westwood High School and the Mesa Leadership Training and Development Program. He credits his early leadership skills to his high school days when he served on the officer team of Westwood’s Future Farmers of America. He has held a variety of landscaping and horticultural related jobs including Bill Wright Landscaping, Ocotillo Golf Course, Sun Lakes, and is currently the Equipment Manager at Arizona Biltmore Golf Course. Michael Conway, LD 18 Second Vice Chair
Michael Conway was born in Detroit, Michigan. He later moved to Attica, New York, and then Flemington, New Jersey. Michael has lived in Mesa, Arizona, since 1981.
Michael graduated from Dobson High School. He attended Arizona State University and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with minors in history and geography. He later returned to ASU and received a Masters Degree in Educational Media and Computers. His latest Masters came from Northern Arizona University in the field of Educational Leadership and Administration.

Diane Selleck, LD 18 Secretary
Diane Selleck was born in Minnesota and moved to Mesa, Arizona, in 1976. Diane and her husband Todd, have been married nineteen years and have two lovely daughters Jaime and Stephanie.
Diane graduated from Westwood High School where she proudly recalls her involvement with DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) and sports teams particularly softball and diving. “Once a Westwood Warrior, always a Warrior!,” seems to be the family motto and one day soon Diane and her high school sweetheart Todd’s children will follow in their parent’s...[more]
Linda Sullivan, LD 18 Treasurer
Linda Sullivan has lived in Mesa since 1991, and lived in California and Pennsylvania before coming to Arizona. She graduated from Sun Valley High School in Aston, PA and earned a B.A. in Philosophy from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA. It was her love for philosophy that crossed over into a love of politics.
