Living in Washington DC during the Vietnam, civil rights, women's rights and the sexual revolutions, I have been tear gassed often over my politics.  As a proud Union member for almost 20 years, I have been very involved in community politics. I walk with gratitude that there are ethical and passionate politicians who I can anchor my beliefs with theirs to continue the fight for justice.

I am dedicated to helping my neighbors and my state in any way I can and I am excited to work with other Democrats in Legislative District 20 to accomplish those goals!

I moved to Legislative District 20 in 2006, and prior to that I was a Precinct Committee Person in LD 15.  I have always been an active voter, but I became very active in national politics, like so many others, in about 2000 when GWB was proclaimed our leader.  My eyes were opened to Arizona politics when the "Alternative Fuels" debacle was making it’s way through the legislature at the time.

I am very involved in Arizona politics and serve as one of sixteen Arizona State Committee Persons from LD 20 and of course I am the humble Secretary of LD 20. ...[more]
