Bill Engler held a leadership position with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, until retiring in 2002 and moving, with his wife Carol, to Anthem. He has since been active in District 6, serving first as a PC and, for the last 3 years, has been a district officer. He was elected Chair in August, 2009, after the resignation of the past Chair, Harold Holmes. Bill also serves as an officer of the Arizona Alliance of Retired Americans, Local Lodge 2559, I.A.M.& A.W. and as a member of the Governor’s Advisory Council On Aging.

Kathleen O'Brien originally hails from rural Iowa where she became politically active while in college. She and her husband, Bruce Mosby, have lived in Arizona for 12 years after living in Washington, DC, Southern California, Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA and Minneapolis, MN.

Michele Holden is a life-long Democrat and has spent much of her life here in Arizona, graduating from Payson High School and Northern Arizona University. She currently leads software quality assurance efforts for one of Arizona's major utilities and has spent many years managing or working on various IT development projects.

Richard Maze is a longtime Democrat and resident of District 6, Willow Precinct, since 1974. He has been an elected PC since 2004 and is a District 6 State Committeeperson. Prior to his retiring from the Arizona Game and Fish Department in 2004, Richard worked for, and has been a consultant to, various government agencies (local, state, national, and international). He is currently a member of the Northwest Democratic Breakfast Club and participant in District 6 Democrats affairs.
