Legislative District 12
Arizona Legislative District 12 includes most of the area from Buckeye on the west to West Phoenix and Glendale on the east and north to Surprise and El Mirage. This area encompasses several cities, including Litchfield Park, Surprise, Tolleson, Tonopah, Youngtown, Avondale, Goodyear, El Mirage, most of Glendale and Buckeye, and part of Phoenix. (map)
Welcome to LD 12 Democrats
Welcome to Legislative District 12 (LD 12), one of the largest districts and fastest growing districts in Arizona. We are well on our way to turning around what once used to be a large Republican registration advantage and turning LD 12 and the West Valley blue.
I would like to invite you to join us to make a difference in Arizona and our West Valley community because I am convinced that in 2010, together, we can elect Democrats to all levels of public office and ensure a better future for our children, our seniors and our families.

Legislative District 12 is holding a fundraiser to benefit St. Mary's Food Bank to acknowledge all they have given to the West Valley:The Fiesta Food Bank Fundraiser
Who: Everyone in Legislative District 12, the West Valley, and Maricopa County is invited, join us!
When: Saturday, August 26th at 7:00 PM
Where: Glendale Adult Center (5970 W. Brown St., Glendale - one block south of Peoria and 59th Ave.)
Tickets: Tickets are $35. Sponsorships of all levels are available.

LD 12 Monthly Meetings
Legislative District 12 hosts our monthly meetings on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM in the library of the Westview High School, 10850 W Garden Lakes Pkwy (just south of Indian School -- see map) in Avondale. Everyone in the West Valley is welcome!
The library entrance is on the south side of the building. Park in the auditorium parking lot and walk through the rolling gate.

The focus of Legislative District 12 is to create a permanent presence of Democrats in LD 12 who are attuned to the needs of our West Valley community and committed to work towards them. We want to elect West Valley Democrats to every level of government, from School Boards to City Council to State Legislature.

LD 12's Loop 303 Cleanup Community Service Project
The section of the Loop 303 between Northern Avenue and Olive Avenue has been "adopted" by Arizona Legislative District 12 Democrats. Members of LD 12 have agreed to clean up this area of the Loop 303 as a service to the West Valley.
