Legislative District 20
Welcome LD 20 Democrats
We welcome all people, all points of view and are most interested in how we can improve our nation and our community here in West Chandler, Ahwatukee, and South Tempe. As Democrats, we adhere to a higher standard: Fiscal responsibility, personal accountability, honesty in government and a belief in long term success for our country and our local community. If you are interested in these values and wish to focus on improving government's ability to serve the people, we welcome you. As Democrats, we will always welcome your ideas and even your criticism.

LD 20 Monthly Meetings
LD 20 monthly meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM at Biscuits Restaurant, 4623 E. Elliot Rd. in Ahwatukee (SW corner of Elliott Rd. and 48 St).
Democrats and Donuts Presents: Breakfast with the Issues
Please join us on the third Wednesday of each month from 8AM to 9:30 AM at Biscuits Restaurant, 4623 E. Elliot Rd. in Ahwatukee (SW corner of Elliott Rd. and 48 St). Hosted by the LD 20 Democrats, "Dems and Donuts" features candidates, elected officials, and issues. Admission is free, donations accepted. LD 20 Ladies Bunco
Join the ladies of LD 20 for Bunco! Bunco night takes place in the evening on the last Wednesday of each month at the home of one of our gracious LD 20 activists. What is Bunco? Well, it has been described as “a parlor game, a party, a social event, and a blast!” Please see our Events Calendar for the date, time, and other details.

- To elect Democratic Party candidates to positions in local, state and national government.
- To support elected officials that share the Democratic Party’s goals and vision for a better Arizona .
- To keep the voters of LD 20 informed about topics that affect our community.
- To encourage participation in government by promoting voter registration and permanent vote by mail enrollment.

Our vision is one of an Arizona with all levels of government working together to improve the quality of life of all Arizonans. This includes improving public education, fostering the growth of well-paying jobs, and providing essential social services while maintaining fiscal responsibility and fairness.
