Randolph Lumm

Randolph Lumm was born in Tucson, Arizona; he lived El Paso, Texas and Ruidoso New Mexico in his youth. He graduated from Flowing Wells High School in Tucson. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and a Master’s degree from Arizona State University. Randolph managed a real estate branch office in Tucson for a few years before moving to Phoenix to work at the Arizona Department of Economic Security as a contract specialist for 15 years. After getting his master’s degree he worked as a school counselor at Tolleson Elementary School District for 12 years. Randolph currently is a Substance Abuse Counselor at the Arizona State DUI Prison West, which is managed by the GEO Group Inc. Randolph enjoys hiking in northern Arizona and using genealogy software to record his family’s historical contributions to Arizona. His favorite books include non-fiction American history, primarily Arizona history, biographies, spiritual inspiration, and books on therapy. Randolph’s newest community activity is serving as a volunteer for the City of Surprise Citizen Police Patrol.
Randolph is married to Esther Duran Lumm. They have a blended family of five children and 10 grandchildren. Randolph’s children Michael and Jacqueline Lumm graduated from Westview High School. Michael’s wife is Rhonda Moya Lumm. Jacqueline is married to David Cross. His daughter Keri Lumm Caetano graduated from Pepperdine Law School and practices family law in California. His stepson Charles Garcia graduated from DeVry, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. He is married to Cindy Garcia. His stepson Anthony Garcia has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and he and his wife, Monica Ulloa Garcia both have a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Randolph’s father served in World War II and in the Korean War. His mother was the CEO/Owner of Grantway Realty in Tucson.
